Use

• Use clean cloth moistened with warm water to wipe down surfaces before first use.
• Use dry cloth to dry thoroughly.

Care

• Do not soak or submerge in water.
• Occasionally rub with mineral oil or beeswax to prevent wood from drying out.
• Remove odours by using solution of table salt and half a lemon. Rub onto spoon rest, let sit for 2-3 minutes, then clean with damp cloth.
• Remove excess moisture with paper towel.
• Store in dry area away from extreme temperatures.
